Mekakushi-ishi (Blindfold Stone) (Two-stories Buddhist tower)

Standing on the west side of the pagoda, this simple, rustic stone measures about 3.4 meters in height. It is said that this work of the Kamakura period has been referred to as “blindfold stone”.
