Ostu City Buried Cultural Property Research Center

It is a facility for research of the remains and ruins in the city, as well as for collections, research and study of excavated artefacts. Also, the outcomes will be released to the public as an “exhibition of the prompt report of excavation research” in the center’s exhibition room, and various classes and hands-on learning are also carried out. Especially, in the summer holiday, hands-on learning courses such as restoring earthenware, wearing ancient clothing, and making a fire are popular.
