Shingyō-dō Temple

As a part of Emperor Kazan’s Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage 1000 year revival commemoration event, an edifice was built in 1990, which is located at the highest pagoda of the North-East side of the multi-storied pagoda. Inside it, there is a Nyoirin Kannon Bosatsu, and offerings of hand-copied sutras are dedicated on a rotating shelf for sutras in the Ishiyamadera temple.
